Winter Cocktail Menu

We're excited to announce the unveiling of our new cocktail list! Here's are some of the highlights:

Sugar & Spice | $8 | Wild Roots Apple Vodka, house-made cinnamon liqueur, and lemon. Shaken and served up.

Rafns' Boulevardier | $10 | Maker's Mark bourbon, house-made sweet vermouth, Campari, orange twist. Stirred and served over ice.

Ice Rink | $9 | Stolichnaya Vodka, fresh mint, white creme de cacao, house-made mint liqueur. Shaken and served up.

Northern Gentleman | $10 | Crown Royal Canadian whisky, Grand Marnier, iced ceylon tea, orange syrup, fresh lemon. Served over ice.

We also have an excellent selection of "House Favorite" cocktails, fortified wines, and liqueurs. Cheers!


Holiday Happenings at Rafns'

The decorations are up, and we're ready for the holiday season!

We are currently booking luncheons and private dinners for office and family Christmas parties. Please call 503-580-2936 or email eat@rafns.com for availability.

Our kitchen staff is preparing fresh Organic Eggnog periodically through the month of December! We use organic milk and cream, free-range eggs, cane sugar, fresh nutmeg, and just a touch of brandy. It's an excellent way to end your meal!

Please note that we will be closed for winter vacation December 24th through 30th, so our staff can spend time with family.

We hope you'll join us for dinner on New Year's Eve. This is always one of our busiest nights of the year, so be sure to reserve your table early. We'll be serving our regular dinner menu, plus a few special cocktails, an excellent selection of Champagne, and other sparkling wines. You won't want to miss it! Seating is from 4:30-9pm on December 31st.

Our Standards


As we grow our business, we regularly find ourselves explaining our philosophy and principals to customers. We believe our kitchen is delivering some of the highest quality food in the Northwest. But for Rafns' to succeed, we need to be better about communicating how we operate and what separates us from other restaurants. So here it is, in a nut shell:

What we do:
We use organic olive oil and organic butter.
We use free-range eggs.
We use meats that are drug-free and humanely-raised.
We make our own gelatin-rich bone broth.
We use organic tea and chocolate from local suppliers.
We use organic produce with few exceptions.
We compost all of our food waste, paper towels, and paper napkins.
We take pride in the cleanliness of our kitchen.

What we don't do:
We don't use MSG.
We don't use highly-refined or hydrogenated oils.
We don't use Teflon or synthetic cookware.
We don't have a microwave in our kitchen.
We don't use genetically modified ingredients.

Thanksgiving schedule


NOVEMBER 2017

Rafns' will be open for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week with adjusted hours. On Tuesday we are seating 5-8pm, and Wednesday 5:30-8pm. We are closed Thanksgiving. Our regular hours will resume on Friday, the 24th, with seating from 5-9pm. Please make your reservations early, as we expect to fill up quickly!
