Dinner at the Rafns' 2014 Winter Feast

We are hosting this year's Winter Feast on Friday, January 31st. This dinner pays homage to the deep, brooding flavors of wintertime. Guests will be treated to a delicious four-course meal in the warmth and comfort of our low-lit dining room. We hope you can attend! Seating is limited and reservations are required.

local "sweet meat" pumpkin puree

organic greens dressed in Oregon olive oil, served with local salami and Rogue Creamery's Smokey Touvelle

Heritage Farms pork brisket in a rich red wine sauce with funeral potatoes

hazelnut coffee cake with roasted hazelnut streusel and coffee mousse

Wine: Local wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. You may bring your own wine, subject to a $10 corkage fee. Please drink responsibly. Hard alcohol is not allowed.
