Dinner at the Rafns' on March 22nd

Our dinner on Saturday, March 22nd, will be abundant in flavor and texture, yet entirely gluten-free. The first course includes a selection of world-class goat cheese and dry-cured salami, while the main course puts a Northwest twist on the classic Paella. local salami, aged goat cheese, white bean hummus and olives

organic micro greens and romaine lettuce tossed in a red wine vinaigrette dressing

Main Course
Northwest "Paella", with free-range chicken, bay shrimp, local sausage, long-grain rice, and organic vegetables, cooked in a rich bone broth

gluten-free chocolate hazelnut cake with milk chocolate mousse

Alcohol: Wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle. You may bring your own wine, subject to a $10 per bottle corkage fee. Please drink responsibly. Hard alcohol is not allowed.
