After a 5 week hiatus, Rafns' has re-opened for lunch. The new lunch hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30am to 2pm. The menu and style of service is now more cohesive with dinner. Instead of deli sandwiches being the primary focus during lunch, the current menu offers pasta, risotto, hearty salads, two choices of soup, and more dessert options. Despite the changes, the new lunch menu still has options for those with dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan.
A few lunch menu highlights include: Penne "Bolognese" with local beef and pork ($12), Risotto with Shiitake Mushrooms and Parmigiano-Reggiano ($11), and Cranberry Walnut Salad with Pecorino Romano ($10). The latest dessert addition is Vanilla Custard with Preserved Oregon Blueberries ($8).
