Upcoming dinner to highlight fall produce


Carl and Nancy Hendricks, owners of Fresh To You Produce, will be the featured farmers at Rafns' Restaurant on October 24. The Hendricks have been farming in the Stayton area for five generations, growing a wide variety of vegetables.

Chef Nate Rafn is planning a four course meal based on their produce.

- Roasted Garlic and Cauliflower Soup -
- Sweet Corn & Teggia Bean Salad -
- Heritage Farms Milk-Braised Pork with Sage and Fall Vegetables -
- Butternut Squash "Pound Cake" wtih Candied Pecans -
