Sous Chef Dinner

Please join us for a special dining event on June 13th. Chef Nate has agreed to relinquish control over his kitchen for one night, as our talented young sous chef, Paola Garcia, creates her own prix fixe menu. This unique dinner will be held on Wednesday, June 13th, starting at 6pm. Reservations are required. Please see all the details below, including menu and payment information. Apple & Roasted Walnut Salad
with organic greens, chevre, and Paola's red wine vinaigrette

Braised Chicken Leg
boneless free-range chicken thigh, gently roasted in a white wine and mustard sauce, served with roasted new potatoes and spring carrots

seasonal fruit and gluten-free shortbread cookies

Reservations & Payment: Reservations for this event are $42 per person, plus 18% gratuity. Beverages will be charged at the end of the dinner. Reservations are non-refundable, but completely transferable. (If you choose to transfer your reservation to someone else, please do let us know.) Please call 503-580-2936 to reserve your spot. We'll take down your information and email you an invoice for payment. For your protection, we do not take credit card numbers over the phone.
