The farmers' markets are finally open and we're beginning to see a good variety of spring produce from our growers. It's an exciting time of year! Tonight we're unveiling our latest spring dishes. We hope you can join us! Here's a rundown of our seasonal suggestions:

A P P E T I Z E R S

Firm Goat Cheese | $9 | Spanish Cana de Cabra with golden raisin gastrique, roasted almonds, and Our Table Farm organic micro-greens (pictured above)

Steamed Clams from Totten Inlet | $14 | simmered in our spring scallion and white wine broth, and served with crispy bread

M A I N   C O U R S E S

Orecchiette Pasta | $24 | with organic peas, Olympia Provisions smoked ham, and roasted garlic cream sauce

Vegan Main | $24 | sauteed organic snap peas, onions & peppers, fresh sage, and roasted hazelnuts, served over saffron rice pilaf

Seafood "Caldeirada" | $32 | Portuguese-style fish stew with dover sole, clams, bay shrimp, chorizo sausage, tender potatoes, and a zesty broth

Braised Beef Cheeks | $34 | 100% grass-fed beef from McK Ranch, braised in a rich sauce with root vegetables, mushrooms, and served over saffron rice pilaf
