For our June class, we've chosen some of chef Nate’s favorite dishes, with a nod to the flavors of early summer. The menu will feature items we served regularly at Rafns’, including Penne Bolognese, a Northern Italian dish that Nate learned while working at Caruso’s many years ago. The meal will conclude with a slice of Dark Chocolate & Molasses Pie, our most popular dessert at the restaurant! We have a full meal planned, plus some light snacks, so come hungry!

- Due to limited space and seating, these classes are not hands-on. However, we plan to discuss each dish in detail so you can make them at home with confidence.
